We have a third August anniversary to celebrate today! Katie is celebrating 18 YEARS with OSS!
Many of our team members wear multiple hats and are cross-trained throughout the office, but Katie takes it to the extreme. She is our main TMD Treatment Coordinator and works closely with Dr. Ketcham by delivering his treatment plans to patients who suffer from jaw pain and discomfort. Katie also works with our patients’ insurance companies to determine the TMD benefits that can be applied to their treatment. Katie can also be found at the front desk; greeting you when you call the office and when you walk through the door. In addition, she is one of our team members who go into local schools to make presentations on proper oral hygiene. We’re guessing that she has touched the lives of over 15,000 students in the past 10 years!
Katie was born and raised in Fort Wayne. She’s a wife and a busy mom to three kids. [Fun Fact: She’s one of two team members that has twins!] She was an avid soccer player, soccer referee and now a soccer coach – it’s definitely in her blood. She enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing anywhere that is sunny and warm! Katie is a compassionate team member who loves and supports her teammates; these are qualities that transfer to her patient care. She has a welcoming smile that we are sure you won’t forget!
