We have a few new faces in the office and a couple of faces that may look familiar to you. We wanted to take a moment to highlight each of these new/returning team members!
Let’s start with Dominik:
Dominik started working at OSS in 2015 as an intern during his senior year of high school. He has since returned each summer to work in the office.
Dominik is a senior in undergraduate school at Indiana University Bloomington. He is majoring in biology and minoring in history. You will see him doing a variety of jobs around the office including, but not limited to, clinic work with patients, cleaning units, and moving heavy boxes around. He also helps his dad, Dr. Aron, put together slideshows for dental presentations. He enjoys spending his free time on the lake; wake surfing and fishing.
Fun fact about Dominik: He eats Mexican food every Monday for lunch with Dr. Aron AND every Wednesday after work with friends.
Let us introduce you to Annie:
Annie recently graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne as a Dental Assistant. She rotated through our office during her school program and is currently completing our clinic tech training. In her spare time she loves to do anything that has to do with being outdoors.
Fun fact about Annie: She LOVES the Chicago Cubs. GO CUBBIES!!
Now let’s meet Hope:
Hope is currently working on her Associate Degree in Dental Assisting at the Lafayette campus of Ivy Tech. She is interning in the clinic at our Warsaw office this summer and you will see her cleaning units, stocking supplies and helping the clinic techs with whatever they may need. Some of her hobbies include playing volleyball, water sports, biking, reading and baking.
Fun fact about Hope: When Hope was 5, she broke her foot after jumping off a microwave.
Next up is Ronda:
Ronda has worked in the dental field since 1991 and she previously worked in our offices as a Clinic Tech from 2000- 2012. She has four kids; Wade age 16, Cole age 12, Elle and Bret age 10. Her hobbies include chasing her kids around (HA!) and taking them to whatever sport is in season.
Fun fact about Ronda: She was a Girl Scout leader for 2 years and all of her kids have been involved in Girl and/or Boy Scouts.
Last, but definitely not least, Katie:
Katie is studying nursing at Purdue Fort Wayne. She is currently interning at our Fort Wayne location in the clinic area; helping keep the area stocked, cleaning units, and grabbing supplies for our Clinic Techs. OSS has been a part of Katie’s life for a long time. Katie is a former patient and her mom, Lisa, has worked at OSS for almost 25 years!
Fun fact about Katie: She was born in Russia.
