If you’ve had a consultation in our office then you’ve had the opportunity to meet with one of our Treatment Coordinators. Our Treatment Coordinators have a VERY important job…they are the “translators” for our doctors. They are skilled in knowing the lingo of the dental world and translate the detailed and individualized treatment plan that our doctors create to inspire a genuine smile.
They also have the job of inputting/scheduling the first few appointments to get the Ortho/TMD process started. They write-up the doctors’ treatment plans in the patient’s charts and send letters to the patients/parents and general dentists. They finalize financial agreements, confer with our Treatment Coordinator consultant, and follow-up with our patients/parents to answer any questions they may have.

Dawn
Team member since 2007. Dawn started her career with OSS as a Clinic Tech, and added the role as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in 2017 at both of our locations. Dawn also works as a member of our Marketing Team.
Dee
Team member since 2005. Dee is another Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator that started her career at OSS as a Clinic Tech. Dee also has the role as our Treatment Coordinator Team Leader and is a member of our Marketing Team. Dee says the favorite part of her job is getting to meet new people! She also loves seeing patient’s smiles transform and their confidence grow!
Laurie
Team member since 2014. Laurie works as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator primarily at our Dupont Road location, but you may see her from time to time at our Warsaw office. Laurie also has the role as our Marketing Team Leader.
Susan
Team member since 2018. Susan started her career at OSS as a member of our Front Desk Team, but has since added the role as our main TMD Treatment Coordinator. She works closely with Dr. Ketcham to deliver his treatment plans for patients who suffer from jaw joint pain/disorders. Susan is also a member of our Financial Team.
Tami
If you’ve been following along this week then you’ve seen Tami’s name and photo already! Tami works as our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Assistant. Tami has the important job of entering Dr. Aron’s treatment plans into each and every patient chart. Tami is also a member of our Front Desk Team, Clinic Team and Financial Team.
Communication is our number one principle in our office, and our Treatment Coordinator Team is exceptionally talented with communicating with our team, our patients/parents and the referring doctors. We appreciate all they do, and if you’ve had a chance to meet them then we know you do too!
