Rhonda is celebrating 13 YEARS with OSS!
Rhonda is our office manager and handles many behind the scenes duties (she is truly behind the scenes as her office is in the basement). Rhonda is a CPA and also has a degree in Computer Technology. She’s responsible for all of our HR, finance, computer/IT, and property management functions. She works directly with Dr. Aron on setting goals for our team and with our team leaders to implement goal strategies. Rhonda is constantly juggling many tasks at one time and handles it with grace.
Rhonda is a wife, a mom to two grown children (who both have inconveniently relocated to Texas!), and a dog mom to two beagles. She also has the most adorable grandson you will ever see!
Rhonda is amazingly creative. She makes the most beautiful quilts and sends them all over the country to friends and family. She is always working on independent personal growth and regularly provides motivational input to the team by sharing ideas from a variety of sources. She lives out her faith at work and at home. Rhonda really walks the walk!
