Our team is a family. We have an average tenure of more than 16 years, so we have known each other for a long time! We love to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and today we are going to celebrate Tami’s 38th anniversary with OSS! Yes, you read that correctly…Tami is celebrating 38 YEARS with OSS! She started her career with OSS in 1981 working as a Clinic Tech with Dr. Gene, Dr. Aron’s father.

Tami wears many hats in our office, and you will see her at both of our locations. Currently, she’s a member of our front desk team, our financial team, and her main title is our Treatment Coordinator Assistant. She has the very important job of entering Dr. Aron’s treatment plan into each patient chart after the exam is complete. This treatment plan is a guideline that we follow at every appointment to keep track of where we are in our patient’s treatment. She also performs 3D intra-oral scans to document the starting point of our patients.
Tami is a wife, a mom to two grown children and a grandma to five. She always has a smile on her face and she enjoys spending time in Florida. She’s a friend to everyone in the office and someone that we lean on and look to as an example of hard work and dedication. How often can you say that you have a team member that has worked with multiple generations of families that come into your office? What an amazing blessing to have a team member who sets such a high example.
