It’s time to celebrate our second and final December birthday! Our teammate, Maria, is on the blog today answering 20 questions! Let’s dive right in.
1. Describe yourself in 3 words.
Self-disciplined, fun, and outgoing.
2. Motto you live by?
“No Pain, No Gain”.
3. Favorite Fast Food?
Burger King! My go-to order is the #1 meal; Whopper with cheese, lettuce, mayo, and a side of fries .
4. Coffee or Tea?
Coffee; Dunkin Cold Brew with almond milk, 2 sugars and 2 creamers.
5. What, when and where was the first concert you attended?
I attended the Luke Bryan outdoor concert in Fort Wayne. It gave me a good excuse to wear my cowgirl boots; not that anyone needs an excuse to wear them!
6. Are you a morning or a night person?
Morning for sure. I wake up at 5 AM every morning (even on my days off and weekends)!
7. Name three places you would like to travel?
1.) Italy, because I’m currently learning to speak Italian. 2.) Spain, because I just learned that I’m half Spaniard. 3.) Australia, because Kangaroos are my favorite animal.
8. What’s your favorite season of the year? And why?
Summer, because I feel more motivated and I am constantly on the go in the summer.
9. What’s your go-to karaoke song?
I have never done karaoke…but if I ever get the courage to do it then it would have to be “Girls Just Wanna have Fun”.
10. What 3 items would you take with you if you were stranded on a desert island (other than food or water)?
1.) Dumbbells. 2.) Squat rack. 3.) My pre-workout.
11. iPhone or Android?
TEAM IPHONE!!
12. What is something nobody knows about you?
My favorite food is spaghetti.
13. Name 2 pet peeves.
When a person says “I can’t” and when people chew with their mouth open.
14. What’s the last book you read?
Sold By Patricia McCormick.
15. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
I want to say about 20, but I’m not really sure.
16. What is the best gift you have ever been given?
My best friend knew how much I wanted a BUILD-A-BEAR when I was little, so she took me on my 19th birthday so we could build one!
17. Who was your favorite teacher? Why?
Ms.Terry, my high school chemistry and homeroom teacher. She always motivated me to go to college and she believed in me. I’m proud to say I’m the first one in my family to graduate from college.
18. What hobby makes you the happiest?
Working out. I always say, “If I could live at the gym, I would”. [Editor’s note: I guess this answer shouldn’t surprise us given the answer to #10.]
19. Do you collect anything?
No.
20. If you had a time machine, where and to what time would you travel?
1960’s London to see the Beatles live.
